Terms & Conditions
The conditions governing access to and use of elecro.eu. Please read them carefully before using the website or sending us a request.
Last updated: 27 June 2026. This document sets out the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) under which ELECRO (“ELECRO”, “we”, “the company”) makes available the website at elecro.eu (the “Website”). By accessing and using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Operator identification
The Website is operated by:
- Name: ELECRO S.R.L.
- Registered office: 107 Traian Street, Bucharest, Romania
- Tax ID (CUI): 49836891
- Trade Register no.: J40/6487/2024
- E-mail: contact@elecro.eu
- Phone: +40 740 326 283

2. Purpose of the Website
The Website is strictly informational and presentational. Through it, ELECRO presents its activity as an EPC/EPCM integrator in the field of photovoltaic energy, its consulting and financing services, equipment trading, innovation and community activities, as well as its approach to ESG.
The Website is NOT an online shop and does not allow the purchase of products or services directly through it. No distance sales contracts are concluded via the Website. Any commercial cooperation (EPC project, consulting, equipment supply, etc.) is established separately, on the basis of an offer and a contract individually negotiated between the parties, outside the Website.
The contact form and the published contact details are intended to facilitate a request for information or a request for a quote. Submitting a request creates no contractual obligation for ELECRO and does not guarantee the conclusion of a contract.
3. Informational nature. No firm offer
The information published on the Website (service descriptions, technical solutions, specialised terminology, references to financing schemes such as EBRD, IFC, EIB, CfD, the Modernisation Fund, AFIR, Casa Verde Fotovoltaice or Electric Up, and ESG reporting frameworks) is general and indicative in nature. It does not constitute personalised technical, legal, financial or tax advice and does not represent a firm offer within the meaning of the law.
Eligibility for financing programmes, permitting conditions (ATR/CR, environmental permits, Natura 2000, ANRE, urban planning CU/AC) and the technical parameters of any project are assessed individually and depend on the legislation in force at the relevant time, which may change. For an assessment applicable to your situation, please contact us.
4. Use of the Website
You undertake to use the Website in good faith and in accordance with applicable law. In particular, you undertake not to:
- use the Website in a way that may impair its operation, security or availability (attacks, overloading, introduction of malicious code);
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers hosting it or the associated data;
- automatically collect content (scraping, data mining) without our prior written consent;
- transmit, through the contact form, content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or contains other persons’ data without a legal basis.
Data submitted through the contact form must be true and accurate. Such data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The entire content of the Website — including, without limitation, the ELECRO name and trademark, the logo, the texts, the page structure, the graphic elements, the photographs, illustrations, icons, source code and design — is the property of ELECRO or its licensors and is protected by copyright and industrial property law.
You may consult the Website and reproduce reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial purposes, with attribution of the source. Without ELECRO’s prior written consent, any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, public communication or commercial exploitation of the content, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Use of the ELECRO trademark or logo without authorisation is prohibited.
6. Links to third-party websites
The Website may contain links to websites or resources belonging to third parties (for example authorities, financing institutions, ESG standard-setting bodies). These links are provided solely for your convenience. ELECRO does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party websites. You access them at your own risk, subject to the terms and policies of those websites.
7. Limitation of liability
ELECRO makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Website correct and up to date, but does not warrant that it is complete, accurate or error-free at all times, nor that the Website will be available uninterruptedly or free of technical defects.
To the extent permitted by law, ELECRO is not liable for:
- any inaccuracies, omissions or failures to update the published information;
- decisions made solely on the basis of the general information on the Website, in the absence of an individual consultation;
- temporary unavailability of the Website or interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults or external factors;
- indirect damages, loss of profit, data or opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ELECRO’s liability where such limitation would be unlawful under Romanian law (for example for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence).
8. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data you submit through the Website (for example via the contact form) is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national law, as detailed in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and the use of the Website are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled amicably, and failing agreement, by the competent courts of Romania.
10. Alternative dispute resolution (ANPC / ODR)
In the event of a dispute in the relationship with a consumer (natural person), it may be addressed to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — anpc.ro. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is also available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For the alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) entities in Romania, additional information is available on the ANPC website.
Since the Website does not sell products or services online, these mechanisms become relevant only to the extent that, following a separate contractual cooperation, a consumer relationship would exist.
11. Amendment of the Terms
ELECRO reserves the right to amend these Terms, as well as the content and structure of the Website, at any time, without prior individual notice. The applicable version is the one published on the Website at the time of access, marked by the date of last update. Continued use of the Website after the amendments are published constitutes acceptance of them.
12. Contact
For any question regarding these Terms you may contact us at contact@elecro.eu or by phone at +40 740 326 283, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00. See also our Contact page.
